Pasta isn’t always the most portable dish. But thanks to this recipe by blogger Lori Yates from Foxes Love Lemons, eating delicious pasta while on the run just got a whole lot easier. These mason jar salads are fresh, tasty and simple to prepare — basically, our dream meal. Take them to work, on a picnic or have them at home for a fun twist on regular ol’ pasta salad. No matter how you eat them, we know you’ll enjoy.
Meanwhile, make Spicy Peanut Dressing. In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, Sriracha, rice vinegar and soy sauce. While whisking, slowly drizzle in oil until all oil is incorporated. Stir in sesame seeds.
Add HIGH PROTEIN Spaghetti to boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water to stop cooking.
Divide Spicy Peanut dressing equally among 2-3 mason jars. Divide spaghetti among jars. Layer remaining ingredients, ending with sesame seeds. Top with lids and refrigerate up to 5 days. To serve, pour onto plate or bowl, stir and enjoy!
