Build relationships and support the sales efforts of our expanding GK pasta retailer network.

When it comes to exercise, what’s your favorite activity?

Hiking with Ruby (dog) and Peter (husband) through a provincial park or along the waterfront where we live. Also love skiing (especially in France!) and leisurely bike rides along the waterfront trails. A good day is one that is spent outdoors.

What does your ideal Saturday entail?

Magazines on my iPad in bed, a walk to the local farmers’ market to pick up great ingredients for a dinner at home with friends. It’s a luxury to be unhurried!

What was the last book you read that you really enjoyed?

Recently re-read To Kill a Mockingbird and loved the escape it provided from the usual ‘informative’ books. Purchased the follow-up (Go Set a Watchman) for my summer vacation read.

Last but not least, let’s talk GK pasta. Which product is your go-to?

I love the texture of and nutrients in our SUPERFOOD TEFF Penne (as a pescatarian, it’s a great source of iron, zinc and protein from vegan sources – and it’s gluten free). Tossed simply with a great olive oil and sautéed veggies (onion, artichokes, olives, capers and fennel). For a decadent dish it’s GK pasta HIGH PROTEIN Linguine with lobster!
